What's your book about?
Describe your book idea and we'll help bring it to life.
A comprehensive guide for first-time home buyers navigating the 2026 real estate market. Target audience: millennials and Gen Z adults who feel overwhelmed by the process.
From Idea to Exported Book
This walkthrough takes you through the full pipeline — from describing your book idea to downloading a finished, formatted file. The entire process can be completed in a single session.
Describe Your Idea
Click New book from the dashboard sidebar. You will see the vision brief screen, where Authorio asks: "What do you want to write about?"
Type a description of your book idea in the text area. Include your target audience, key topics you want to cover, and the tone or style you are aiming for. The more detail you provide, the better the AI can tailor the output.
You can also click one of the suggestion chips for inspiration if you are exploring ideas.
Review the Generated Structure
After you submit your brief, Authorio generates a full chapter outline — an introduction, core chapters, and a conclusion. Each chapter includes a title and a summary of what it will cover.
Review the structure and make adjustments. You can reorder chapters, rename them, add new ones, or remove any that do not fit your vision.
AI Drafts Your Chapters
Once you approve the structure, Authorio drafts the full text for each chapter. The AI maintains context and coherence across the entire book, so chapters reference each other naturally and the voice stays consistent.
Editorial Passes Refine the Text
After drafting, four AI editorial passes run automatically:
- Flow & Structure — Checks chapter transitions, logical flow, and narrative arc
- Style & Voice — Ensures consistent tone, voice, and readability
- Fact-Check — Verifies claims, statistics, and referenced sources
- Grammar & Polish — Final proofreading for grammar, punctuation, and formatting
You can track progress as each pass completes.
Choose a Cover Design
Switch to the Cover tab. You can browse cover templates and select one that fits your book's genre and style, or use the AI generation option to create a custom cover.
Choose a Theme Template
Switch to the Theme tab to choose how your book's interior looks. Authorio offers four theme templates: Inter (clean and modern), Libre (traditional elegance), Merriplay (warm and inviting), and Cormoville (classic authority). Each theme controls typography, page layout, chapter dividers, and overall styling. You can also adjust document styling, lists, media, and layout settings individually.
Export Your Book
When everything looks right, export your finished book. Choose from PDF, EPUB, Kindle (KDP), or print-ready formats. You can also export a standalone cover image or generate a public share link.
After Export
Your book project remains in your dashboard. You can return to edit the content, swap the cover, change the theme, or export in a different format at any time.
